Release 24001 - 23 February 2024
- Change of Gold/Silver status now added to Audit trail.
- Public Holiday recognition has now been enabled for all organisations.

Release 24002 - 26 March 2024
- Embed website links within job notes when publishing a job, and the links are active and clickable. .
- Users with 'Schedule views only' permissions will not be able to cancel or modify any job(s).
- Added audit trail for broadcast options.
- Added filter for published jobs to only show those with repsonses.
- Staff profiles can be accessed from Schedule and Availability view by clicking on their profile pictures.
- Job notifications now display staff member being replaced where applicable.
- Deleted Timesheet Auditing now includes Rostering Timesheet.
- Timesheet count filter now also shows total hours.
- Payroll IDs can now be included in Raw Data reports.
- User Efficiency reporting has been added.

Release 24003 - 24 April 2024
- Recording absence info for multiple staff members
- Fixed the duplicated timesheets issue.
- Organizations have the "Pay As You Go" option, with the bill charged based on the number of jobs you publish.
- In the "Expire Notice Recipient" section, only active staff members' email addresses are displayed. Inactive staff members have been removed.
- Users tagged as Schedule view only can no longer view individual jobs .
- Users can add timesheets back as far back as they want.
- Roster requirements can now span multiple roles, and allows activities to be included and multiple roles..
- In the compliance module, only people with roles that match the required compliance field are showing.
- "Roster Viewing for Staff" now can be set at the store level, independently of any Head Office settings.
- Amendment timesheets to not be included in PG Time band Format.
- Breaktime modifications column is staying blank unless actually modified by staff.

- On Current Jobs page the toggle which used to read"Show only jobs responded to" now reads "Show only jobs with applicants". This now only filters for jobs with a positive response.

Release 24004 - 22 May 2024
- Fixed the issue where auto-assigned staff on jobs were not being audited.
- Relievers cannot apply for the job if they have been terminated by the organization.
- Timesheet filters and date range should exist in the processed payroll batches.
- At head office if the staff are not managed at head office, new feature to search on staff Employee ID , Payroll ID and FSNI ID.
- Added a new shift swap module.
- Pay Factor Adjustment,% Value to be entered to be added to timesheets.
- 100% Manually Maintained employees to be allowed a hourly rate entered into StaffSync.

Release 24005 - 30 June 2024
- Added auto clock in/out audit trail
- A send email option has been added to the requested reliever review screen.
- Added role filter for leave module and schedule module.
- When clicking Process all for InfoCare at an organisation it just processes that organisation timesheets, not all at the head office level.
- Added the timesheet processed date column for Payroll Summary Report.

- Reporting Roles to be able to have a toggle to show them only the people that report to them and not all the department they have access to.
- Primary Site(Company) and Primary Role:Options are now able to be turned on in rostering settings, then show in staff settings to be able to set.
- Added a field in the edit requirement screen to add a minimum number of staff required.
- Email notifications sent at the end of the night with any details of errors during file downloading.
- In the roster module, the toggle for roster options will be defaulted to the previous visiting value.
- Add a warning message when publishing a job for more than 30 days.Doesn't stop them but just prompts them to confirm if its correct.If its more than 90 days then stop the job being published.
- Added a Valid To field in contracted hours.
- Payroll rules: Option now added so can pick up the answer from any question either on the timesheet or the persons registration details, if its a text field that gives a number.
- Option is now in JAS for part 1 to only show timesheets up to the end of the current pay period.
Release 24006 - 25 July 2024
- Staff can no longer apply to become preferred at an organisation unless they meet the minimum requirements for that Industry.
- Bug incorrectly calculating contracted hours from the rostering view has been fixed.
- Jobs published against specific shifts will now only show against those shifts in the rostering view, even if they overlap other shifts.
- Bug preventing one-click breaks being used on overnight shifts has been fixed.
- Organisations are now in alphabetical order on the home screen for users who have access to multiple organisations.
- Staff absences can now be recorded directly from the home screen.
- Staff can now be notified of changes to their shifts directly from the timesheet modification screen.
- Changes have been made to the Variance Report to include the distinction between scheduled time and timesheet time.
- Organisations can now choose whether to recognise public holidays at the organisation level or based on staff location.
- Rostering and contracted hours settings can no longer be turned off if a staff member has any contracted hours in place - these must be removed first.
- The home page has been disabled for private staff.
- The Payroll Rules Engine now features a 'Reapply all Rules' button which will reapply all rules to all unprocessed timesheets.
- Bug where a staff member's termination date displays a day early in contracted hours has been fixed.
- Organisations can now choose whether or not to see the staff profile picture in the rostering weekly view.
- Organisations can now choose the day of the week on which payroll is finalised. Approved leave balances will clear after this date.
- A 'Sync Now' button has been added to the InfoCare module so Kindergartens can sync their requirements from InfoCare immediately.
- Organisations with staffing requirements can now choose under which conditions they want to be warned about over/understaffing.
- Maximum number of days to pull down rostering requirements has been increased from 14 to 90 days.
- When arranging replacement staff, leave balances will now only show to users who have access to the leave module.
- Settings to display role and department in the Schedule module now apply to the weekly view as well as the daily view.
- Organisations can now set an override percentage on staff profiles which will adjust all timesheet pay by the set amount.
- Bug where internal comments were not saving on timesheet modifications from certain views has been fixed.
- The contracted hours view in the rostering module has been updated to allow for multiple shifts on the same day.
- The time calculation systems in the contracted hours view of the rostering module have been improved.
- When using the copy roster function in the rostering module, the date of the roster to be copied is now displayed.
- Bug where the 'rates of pay' toggle appears for organisations not using pay rates has been fixed.
- Users with access to multiple organisations can now see which organisation they are currently accessing from the navigation bar.
- Minor bugfixes to the display of the rostering view when staffing requirements are in place.
- Bug preventing head office users from being granted access to all locations has been fixed.
- Bug preventing immediate update of leave balances once leave is added to a timesheet has been fixed.
- Comprehensive checks have been implemented against the Maximum Hours setting on a staff profile, so staff cannot be rostered to work longer than this period.
- Bug where staff members sometimes do not appear in the rostering view has been fixed.
- Bug allowing differential access to timesheets for users with the same access settings has been fixed.
- Bug preventing certain settings on default rosters taking effect has been fixed.
Release 24007 - 28 August 2024
- Added a unproccess Payroll Batch Button payroll batches scree.
- Show total worked hours for both parties whern swaping shifts.
- Added a toggle under user seetings , so users with option to add or modify employee numbers.

Release 24010 - 31 October 2024
- Updated the dashboard financial data view to always display at least 12 weeks of previous data.
- Change setting of timesheets in payroll view to end of current period option to be Payroll Module only .
- Change payroll engine to always look at the current pay period dates, not the pay period that related to the timesheet you were on.
- Updated dashboard roster to not include staff on leave.
- Now All the name lists in our system will be ordered alphabetically of first name .
- The option to only process payroll differences has been removed.
- Add feature that staff could be able to view departm schedule.
- Add feature that staff able to modify clcok in and clock out times without using clock in/out feature.

Release 24012 - 28 November 2024
- Added 'Hours to pay' to show on timesheet entry for leave timesheet .
- Updated 'Productivity Summary Report' structure .
- Updated that total Rostered Hours calculation completed without Productivity data.
- Added a tab called 'Staff Availability' in the staff/reliever module.
- Added 'On Hold ' option for requested relievers .
- Added 'Note' section for requested relievers.
- Added 'Opt Out' option for relievers.
- Added leave details in the timesheet module.
- Added a warning message if the assigned role if different from the role published.
- The "Message Reliever" section of the requested reliever page has been updated with an option to send a copy of the message back to the sender as well.
- If a tempstaff is a private user and none of their preferred organisations allow them to accept casual jobs, the ability to update availability has been removed.
- Updated so that organisations can only edit staff details and reset passwords if they are private staff.
