Break Replacements

You can now configure break replacements, allowing one break type to be automatically substituted for another during a specified timeframe. These settings are managed at Head Office level, configured per role under Our Profile → Our Roles.

This enhancement supports more accurate rostering—particularly for overnight staff—and provides payroll with clearer visibility of hours worked, without the need to manually verify whether paid breaks have been allocated correctly.

Contracted Hours & Work Pattern Warnings

A new optional warning is available when using the contracted hours or work patterns feature. If a staff member with contracted hours were to be assigned a job or added to the roster a warning will appear advising this will take them over their contracted hours.

This can be switched on Our Profile - Rostering Settings.

New Reporting Option: Dual View Access

A new reporting option has been added, allowing organisations to access both reporting views.

When organisations have access set to “Both Casual Jobs and Timesheet Reporting”, users can switch between the two views using the button at the top of the module, giving greater flexibility in how reports are viewed and analysed.

PETEBot Gets a New Home in the Mobile App

We have loved the feedback from people around PETEBot, a common theme has been his placement in the mobile app, so we have made him his own space in the menu.

PETEBot’s functions will stay the same when accessing the site from a web browser.

Updated Dashboard View for Users who can only Endorse Leave Requests

Admin users who do not have the permission to approve leave requests and can only endorse them will now see an updated dashboard view. The dashboard displays “Leave Requests – To Endorse” for these users, reflecting only the leave requests that require endorsement. The count shown corresponds exclusively to requests needing endorsement.
