New Features & Enhancements

Availability Colour Indicators Restored

We've brought back the availability colour indicators that were changed in the last release. + Buttons now show the colour again, so you can see a staff member's availability at a glance:

• Green: Available to work the shift
• Yellow: Available, but there are warnings to review
• White (disabled): Can't work the shift

Clearer staff assignment warnings

• When you assign staff to a job, hovering over the yellow warning icon now shows a tooltip explaining the issue with that staff member.

IRD Number Improvements

• Leading zeros in IRD numbers are no longer removed.
• You can now import IRD numbers with or without hyphens.
• On the staff view, IRD numbers now show with hyphens so they're easier to read (e.g. 123-456-789).

Max Roster Weeks

Each organisation can now be set with its own maximum number of weeks for a contracted hours rotation cycle, instead of everyone getting the full 12 weeks by default. This makes rotations clearer and easier to read.

Show/hide archived roles and shifts

New toggles on the Our Roles and Our Shifts pages of the user profile lets you show or hide archived roles and shifts.

‍UI Refresh in Progress

You'll notice several changes to the user interface in this release as we continue rolling out UI improvements. These updates are part of an ongoing effort to modernise the look and feel of the application and improve overall usability. Further refinements will follow in upcoming releases.
